Brown
Dark brown and rust with silver highlights
Antique Fieldstone
Antique Fieldstone can be used wherever you need
a naturally weathered surface stone. Excellent
for walls, water features, and casual pedestrian
traffic areas. This stone is generally gray/green
or plum in color.
Autumn Brown
Light gray base color washed and stippled with
rusts and chocolates; there are occasional hints
of rose.
Belgian
Block
At one time, Belgian Block was the paving choice
for the major port cities of the world. A typical
granite stone comes in three colors: gray with
dark flecks, pink with dark flecks and black with
lighter flecks. A versatile product, it can be
used for paving, edging, curbing, dry stack, and
more.
Blue Ridge
Deep blue gray with rust washes.
Buckingham Slate
The darkest of the true slates, Buckingham is
dark gray in color when dry and black when wet.
It is available in dimensional pattern pieces,
irregular shapes and quarry run which has 2-3
sawn sides and the rest broken. It is an excellent
stone when dark smooth paving is called for.
Chestnut
Fieldstone
Chocolate browns, rusts, and warm grays are the
predominate colors in this blocky building stone.
It is a challenge to dry stack, but looks great
as a full stone veneer.
Chocolate Gray
A shiny quartzite stone of varying shades of gray
and brown.
Colonial Antique Wallstone
For a "newer" looking wall with crisper
edges and a more uniform appearance, try Colonial
Antique Wallstone. Colors are similar to PA. Bluestone
Flagging.
Dove
Gray Thin Veneer
A uniformly gray quartzitic stone.
Emerald
Green
Similar to Chocolate gray, but with a green tint.
Gun
Metal Gray
A very dark, almost black stone with some rust
markings and obvious mica sparkles.
Heather
Gray
A very light gray - cream colored stone with rust
washes, and striations, and blue markings.
Mill
Creek Strips
Snapped strips with gray and mauve horizontal
bands on the snapped faces and charcoal to reddish
brown on the bed faces. This is an excellent stone
for edging or for a formal full stone veneer.

Bluestone Flagstone / Flagging
Whether you need the contemporary casual look
of irregular antique flagging or the traditional
appeal of random pattern, there is an antique
flagstone product that's just right. Also available
in cut treadstock. Available in Full Color which
ranges from green/gray, gray, blue and plum in
random patterns.
Salem
Fieldstone
The chameleon of the stone world; it goes with
anything. Salem is a multi-hued and versatile
stone. The weathered faces are mostly gray or
medium brown and frequently display lichen. The
split faces show a color range from brown through
yellow, gold, gray, mauve and rose. Salem can
be dry stacked, used as a full veneer, or dressed
to suit your particular needs.
Sandlewood Sandstone
Sandlewood is a coarse textured stone with lots
of flat surfaces. The coloring ranges from beige
to gold to orange and brown. It makes a beautiful
light colored wall.
Shiloh Fieldstone
A mix of grays and tans on the exterior and multiple
colors on the split faces make Shiloh Fieldstone
right for almost anywhere. Great for dry stacking;
it is workable enough to be split down for use
as a full building stone veneer.
Smokey Mountain Fieldstone
Picked from mountainsides; these stones are a
favorite for dry stacking. Weathered grays and
tans on the outside, the split faces have a wide
range of colors. Tans, chocolates, plums and rose
tones are all common. Available as Regular Thin
(1"-2"), Three Inch and Nuggests (smaller
pieces of regular thin). Smokey Mountain Fieldstone
works well in many settings.
Sun Valley
Looking to add some color to your life? Sun Valley
is the stone for you. A predominately warm tan
stone with occasional chocolate and reddish highlights
that can brighten up any area. Sun valley is available
in a multiple of sizes and shapes and is suitable
for many applications from dry stacking and veneer
work to paving.
Tennessee
Sandstone / Crab Orchard Stone
Crad orchard stone is tan to beige with golds,
browns, rose, and orange tones in an unending
variety of shades and patterns.
Multi-hued and irregularly shaped; describes
Crab Orchard irregular flagging. Available in
Nominal 1" thick or 1.5" - 2.5".
This stone can be dry layed in sand or rock dust,
or it can be set in mortar. The 1" material
is also appropriate for veneering.
This same stone is also available in dimensional
cut flooring (Natural Cleft flooring) where the
coloring is muted and the texture grainy. Sawn
the swirls and patterns take on a life of their
own.
Another form for Crab Orchard stone is Tread
stock. At 2.25" thick, 6" - 24"
wide (in even numbered increments) and random
lengths, these sawn pieces with three rockfaced
edges make superior step treads, hearth stones,
and mantles.
In its strip and rubble forms; Crab Orchard can
be used as a full building stone veneer. Sawn
or rockfaced the results are always appealing.
Thin Veneer
Thin Veneers are quarried stone of random shapes
and sizes (generally palm size to letter size)
that are less than 2 inches thick. They are produced
specifically for "Stick-On" work, but
may also be used for dry stacking. Many varieties
of thin veneer stone also come in thicker and
larger sizes for flagging.
Tohickons
Beiges to browns are the predominate colors of
this popular river stone. Naturally tumbled in
rivers and streams, Tohickons are excellent for
water features or anywhere a rounded stone is
appropriate. Available in sizes ranging from 1
inch to 24 inches in diameter and as boulders.
Tumbled Cobbles
If contemporary is your style; then Tumbled Cobbles
are your stone. Random is shape, stacked or flat,
this is an excellent product for homeowners installation.
Winding
River
Winding river stones are earth tone granite stones
that have been worn smooth by water and ice. They
are available in a multiple of sizes and shapes
and are suitable for many applications from dry
stacking and veneer work to paving. |
